The Dance of Hatha, Pranayam & Meditiation.
This adventure from outer to inner features a structured breath oriented flow, that generates strength in body and mind, the breathwork of pranayama to link breath and mind, and the concentration that binds us in meditation on an awaiting Joy. A yoga proper offering that helps you remember how to Be... You.
Inner Work of FreedOm
For those that wish to dive deep and release that which binds us to our recycled patterns, in both the mental patterns and the daily reincarnation of being the same person. In the presence of non reaction, the fearless witness (You) binds to that Focus that is free of attaching to (form) passing thoughts, beliefs, feelings and emotions that are recycled every second, hour, day, and year of our Life. Inner Work of FreedOm is a consciousness workshop. So it’s an active workshop. Talking and actions. It is also a remembrance of who You are... And makes space to play with who you are not.
Mahabharata & Bhagavad Gita (In-Depth): The communion of Intuition & Consciousness
Six thousand years ago the sages warned against how we could lose our way from a divine place of union with Life into becoming separate and against Life itself. They told a story that reveals the secrets of what yoga is in hidden messages and pointed to the only war that will ever be fought, that war is within each of us. To win the War a meeting will occur between Arjuna (the intuitive disciple) and Krishna (Consciousness Incarnate), whereby all the doubts of existing will be faced.
Vinyasa’s Freedom: To Place in a Special Way.
Breath is Life Force (prana) and is the constancy of balance in a world of chaos and activity. When we align our breath with the flow, something special is born: The Moment, Aliveness ensues. A pranayama-Vinyasa uncovering, to discover and internalize in a special way; breath is life, and Life is all about Flow.
Yin. The way in
Be re-acquainted with an intimate practice and learn to intuitively feel your way through your internal landscape. An exploration of your microcosm in a deeply meditative asana practice. We will dissect the anatomy of the human body, investigate the energy body, and look into the physiological benefits of this practice and how it assists the innermost pulse of life force.
Assisted Yin Yang

tensions, revealing a deeper stretch of perception and physical tissue. A playground of physicality and awareness; Energy in motion. Physical adjustments, Thai massage and therapeutic touch will support the student in this static & dynamic asana flow designed to make the practice be and feel deeper. ✫ For teachers & students.
Re-connecting to spirit Part 1
In this session we will spend a little time discussing what Yoga actually means, how that applies to our lives, and how it shows up in our practice. With a quick look at the anatomy of our breath, we will then begin to discover a new relationship to breath and apply this to a solid, well-rounded practice. We will be chatting about Life, Challenges, Obstacles, Emotions, Spirit and God. We will have meaningful conversations, where you might be able to ask about life or share your life and what you are experiencing right now. We can talk what practice of Yoga off the mat actually means.
Re-connecting to Spirit part 2
In a world where there is so much emphasis on what divides us we will use our Asana practice to re-connect to the powers that unite us. Through slow, mindful movement we create a new relationship to breath and Spirit while asking the question, “What truly is Yoga? & More importantly, how do we create it?” Students can expect a challenging yet grounded vinyasa practice that holds the relationship to breath as its foundation. We will aim to understand that the deepest power lies in being present to our relationship to the practice, the posture, and the breath. This class encourages self-reflection & self-discovery—be prepared to take the long journey back to you.
Yoga school: A rediscovery & exploration of Yoga
What is Yoga anyway, and why do we practice it? This session is for all levels of experience and practitioners. Those with no prior experience will get insight into what exactly yoga is and how it can affect their lives, while experienced practitioners will acquire a deeper understanding and new insight to move beyond the noise that’s made its way into the world of Yoga. This lecture will get to the heart of Yoga, and bring to light some truly practical and accessible concepts that are often overlooked in our modern day obsession with postures.
Have you ever wondered what makes Yoga a spiritual practice? What about life? Our modern Yoga practice has been influenced by today’s disconnected manner of living—and it’s time to bring the magic back. In this workshop, Troy shares some of his most transformative experiences on and off the mat, and explains how these moments helped him connect the dots between his life, his spiritual beliefs, and his practice. We will ask some truly fundamental questions like “How is yoga an ‘embodied’ practice?”, and spend some time looking at the anatomy of the breath and our relationship to it. Finally we will move as a group through a powerful, breath-focused vinyasa practice, and begin to fill in the gaps and build towards a deeper relationship with our practice, our life, and our spirits—a relationship where magic is real and cannot be denied.
Tree house conversations
Treehouse Conversations in The tradition of Yoga might be referred to as a Satsang of sorts. Troy spends much of his time sitting in his treehouse reflecting or conversing on powerful realization and in this session he brings it to us. Taken from his own YouTube inspirational series Troy will share his thoughts and inspirations around Yoga, Life, God, relationships and every leaf and branch that connects it all. This session will be driven by voluntary questions from practitioners and we will get vulnerable, authentic, and real. This session holds no Asana practice but does contain infinite potential to transform our lives in so many ways.
“I used to play, but now I stay.” – B.K.S IyengarIyengar’s powerful words echo and reverberate throughout every moment of this practice. Our human tendency both on and off the mat is to move away from situations that become uncomfortable or challenging. However, if we can be present with our feelings and stories, we will find that this is where the Yoga begins—and when transformation happens. This vinyasa practice will be a moving meditation in which Troy takes students through some long holds and, possibly, a few 4-letter words (!).
Get Your Feet Up!
A fun vinyasa flow class designed to get your feet up off the mat — that means lots of arm balances and inversions - with the chance to explore how physical challenges can teach us real-world lessons! With variations for everyone from arm balance beginners to the expert, we will move through a fun sequence of transitions and balances that will get the whole body involved.
The Power of Transitions
The physical practice of yoga helps us get to know ourselves better through what our individual bodies tell us as we move. The transformative power of yoga begins with this ability to listen, and that is what we will do in this workshop. By breaking down common yoga transitions and postures, we will explore the beauty of each person's uniqueness, helping you grow your practice faster. By moving intelligently on our mats, we build the strength and flexibility that is the necessary foundation for a strong yoga practice.
Look Mom, No Hands!
This fun and flowing vinyasa class will take you through familiar postures but in an unfamiliar way. Explore the difference that you feel when you move into and out of postures without using your hands to get you there! This class may challenge you, but not in the way you think -- it's about understanding ourselves a little deeper and sometimes that means our egos take a bruising. So that's why we'll laugh and just have fun with it as we move through these variations that will get the whole body moving, opening, and feeling great!
Mindful basic hatha

Leonardo is going to talk about the importance of connecting to yourself first, so that you can connect with the person receiving the massage better. Using the breathing and a chakras awareness. During this session you will work with a partner or a friend. That will include a full body and foot massage with a general explanation of reflexology.
Vipassana means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal illness. In the class, we’ll try to develop some mastery over the mind by learning to fix one's attention on the natural reality of the ever-changing flow of breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils and we’ll exercise the stillness. We’ll experience only a hint of the real “thing.”

Foundational movements to build any practice
I have found that in order to move seamlessly you need to first find the seams. Find the places in which we may be weak or blocked internally.Once these places are located, then through repetitive simple movements the weak places slowly gain strength. We will focus on using the muscles in the spaces that we may not be using fully. The blocked, really tight spots can slowly relax and open up safely when we don't feel the need to force ourselves into certain poses or shapes. Join Devon to learn a series of simple movement patterns to help strengthen and open up your body. This workshop is highly accessible yet will still challenge all who come.
Subtle body awareness through restorative yoga
Listening to your body takes practice. Join Devon French in a restorative yoga class to help develop your focus. When our focus becomes strengthened you can use this to assist your body in finding a deeper sense of relaxation. From this relaxed state it can become easier to notice a more subtle layer to your body. We will use simple restorative yoga postures as a tool to strengthen our focus and ability to relax to become more aware of ourselves and our bodies.
Hatha to flow
In this workshop will take time to learn a sequence of poses in a slow Hatha style. We will then begin to move through the sequence with shorter pauses in poses until we are fully in the flow from breath to breath flowing through the firmiliar sequence.
